Projects

The new Public Service Training Institute (PSTI) was commissioned on 23rd January, 2017 by the Ondo State Government to fill the much identified gaps in capacity building, Human Resource Management and the Competencies of the State Public Service in the South Western region and Nigeria as a whole.

The Nigerian Public Sector (The Federal Civil Service, Parastatals and Agencies, Public Offices at the State and LGs and Uniformed Services Military, Police and Paramilitary), since inception has degenerated from one of the best and most meritorious services in Africa to one faced with significant challenges including poor human resource management, corruption, poor service delivery, poor levels of accountability and intergovernmental relations. Thus, the PSTI was established to tackle most of these challenges.
