As part of initiatives in executing one of the seven points agenda of the Ondo State Governor, Hon. Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, ‘OUR EASE’ last ‘E’ – Education, Human Capital Development and Entrepreneurship. The Ondo State Government under the leadership of Hon. Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa recently approved a programme of a 3-day workshop training for all the 18 local government Chairmen on Human Capacity Development.
Some of the participants who spoke with the media during the event appreciated the Governor for approving this kind of Human Capacity programme for all the 18 local council bosses within the state. He reiterated that the programme has helped widen their horizon, through which public affairs are managed, ensuring that resources are utilised effectively with a strong emphasis on accountability & transparency. More importantly, responsive to the needs of the people they serve, ultimately promoting sustainable development and human well-being.
The 3-day workshop took place at the public service training Institute, PSTI, Ilara-mokin.
