Providing Human Capacity Development at Multiple Levels
Public Service Training Institute provides for trainings depending on the requirement of the organization. The trainings are held at our various locations and residential facilities are available. Certain courses are also have online via our web Learning Management System (LMS) platform.
Graduate Training Programmes (GTP)
The Graduate Training Programmes are certificated programmes that run academic calendars of two (2) semesters per session and can run for not less than two semesters and maximum of four (4).
Such programmes include National Diplomas and Higher National Diplomas.
Management Training Programmes (MTP)
The Management Training Programmes are the advance programmes for management staff. They are to meet minimum requirements and global best practices in training and capacity building.
They are Trainings, Seminars, Workshops and Conferences. These set of programmes can span for a period of two,three, four and five days, one month and a maximum of six months.
They are tailored to meet the specific needs of each organization.
Executive Training Programmes (ETP)
Our Executive Training Programmes are designed to cater for the Chief Executives of allied investments and Conglomerates, Government Chief Executives, Political heads and Cabinet members of states, Banks and Leaders in the corporate world.
The programmes are designed to enhance leadership. The duration is a minimum of one (1) and maximum of five (5) days.
Online and Self-Paced Learning Programme
A new category of special microlearning course series devoted to bringing best practices, innovation and new trends from around the world to individuals, managers, and leaders.
